Your container(s) will be delivered within 1-5 business days.
Container(s) should be placed at the curb the night before your scheduled pickup. If not the night before, please have your container(s) out by 5:00 AM and remain accessible until 5:00 PM on collection day.
Container(s) are not overloaded, lids must close securely, and weight limits should not be exceeded. No unacceptable materials. (See List Below)
Make sure there are no obstructions in front of or around the containers and bag all the trash.
Our crew will pick up (3) 30-gallon bags (leaf or household trash) on the side of the container. If the bags are too heavy, they will not be removed.
We offer bulk pick-up for an additional fee. Please contact the office 24-48 hours prior to your service day. (Some restrictions)
Keep track of serial numbers on your container. You are responsible for damaged, lost or stolen containers. There is a $70.00 replacement fee. We are not responsible for personal containers.
We do not service competitor containers.
If service is cancelled there will be a cancellation fee equal to one month of service.
If the account is delinquent, payment needs to be made 24hrs before your pick-up day.
Unacceptable Items for Containers: NO dead animals. NO Car batteries, large auto parts, motor oil, oil filters, or tires. NO paint, acids, lime, any type of hazardous or liquid waste including cleaners’ solvents. Medical waste such as syringes and needles is not acceptable. NO tanks of any kind: oxygen, propane, etc. NO hot coal, fireworks or combustibles. NO construction material, rocks, dirt, or concrete.
Home Town Disposal observe several holidays that will impact sanitation services: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
